Ÿ	24 hours notice is required of cancellation of an appointment otherwise a 50% charge will be made.

Ÿ	Patients under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Ÿ	Payment for treatment is expected either immediately after treatment or within 1 week of treatment, if self-funding.

Ÿ	Non payment from health insurance companies is a matter between the insurance company and the patient, it should not affect payment of invoices raised.
