Alice attained a bachelor's degree in Osteopathic Medicine and diplomas in Osteopathy and Naturopathy from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 2008 after four years of full time study.
She is a fully registered member of the General Osteopathic Council and the British Osteopathic Association.
Alice's treatments include taking a detailed case history and thorough assessment of the body as well as taking into account holistic factors such as work, diet and exercise.
Specific techniques are used in treatment; these include a mixture of soft tissue techniques, mobilisations, manipulations, visceral osteopathy, exercise prescription, dietary assessment and hydrotherapy advice.
Alice has a special interest in treating sports injuries and using detailed postural correction and exercises to prevent an injury reoccurring.
